We often use nitrous oxide (laughing) gas to allow you to remain calm and conscious during treatment. The effects wear off very quickly and you can drive yourself home or even back to work after your appointment. We can also prescribe a safe sedative for you to take prior to your appointment if you would like to be so relaxed you're likely to sleep through your visit. In this case, you would need to have someone bring you and take you home since it's not safe to drive while sedated. We also offer individual HD-TV viewing allowing you to watch your favorite satellite channel, listen to streamed music, or view a movie during your treatment.
